Daily Om Meditation

The best way to understand Om is through a drop of water. Individually, it is insignificant but collectively many drops form rivers, lakes and the oceans. Om is both the collective Universal Spirit like the vast ocean and yet Om resides in a small creature like a frog bug or caterpillar. Om is called Paramatma (oversoul) and atma (individual soul) in Sanskrit? There is no way to know where the sky ends and the Cosmos begin...and so it is with OM. As the ancient Mandukya Upanishad tells us "all OM". Om. Amen. Namaste, Keith
